• Applicable state laws and regulations
• The individual underwriting criteria of the lending partner

You will always receive clear disclosure of the final APR and all associated costs before you accept any offer. APPNAME requires all lending partners to provide pricing information in full compliance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

1.2 Repayment Terms

Repayment periods vary by lender and product type. Typical terms range from approximately 3 months to 24 months.

Some products may offer shorter or longer repayment periods where permitted by applicable law. Before entering into any agreement, you will receive a detailed repayment schedule specifying:

• The total number of payments
• The amount of each installment
• The scheduled due dates

1.3 Payment Methods and Frequency

Payments are typically made in fixed installments on predetermined dates. Depending on the lender and product, payment frequency may be:

• Weekly
• Biweekly
• Semi-monthly
• Monthly

Repayments are generally processed via electronic transfer (ACH debit) from your verified bank account, though some lenders may offer alternative payment methods. Your individual agreement with the lender will specify available payment options.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your designated account on each payment due date to avoid late fees, returned payment charges, or other penalties permitted by law.

1.4 Fees and Charges

Any applicable fees associated with your offer—such as:

• Origination fees
• Late payment penalties
• Returned payment or insufficient funds (NSF) charges
• Expedited funding fees (where offered)

will be clearly disclosed before you accept the offer. APPNAME and its partners adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations governing fees.

There are no hidden fees. You will always have the opportunity to review the total cost of credit, including all interest and fees, before agreeing to any loan or cash advance.

1.5 Early Repayment

Most products available through the App permit you to repay your balance early without any prepayment penalty. Early repayment may reduce the total interest you pay over the life of the loan.

As policies vary by lender and state, please review your specific agreement to understand how early payoff is handled and whether any conditions apply.

1.6 Cost Disclosure Examples

Before finalizing any transaction, you will receive a standardized cost disclosure (such as a Truth-in-Lending disclosure or equivalent summary). This document will clearly outline:

• The APR
• Total finance charges
• Total amount repayable
• Number and schedule of payments

Review this disclosure carefully, as it represents the legally binding cost and repayment structure of the product you select.

2) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and APPNAME ("APPNAME," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the APPNAME mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence)
• You are a legal resident of the United States
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.

• Be matched with participating financial institutions and service providers that may present offers based on your profile

The App streamlines this process by allowing you to enter your information once and securely sharing it with participating institutions operating in compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

You will have the opportunity to review all loan or cash advance terms before deciding whether to proceed. Any loan agreement, funding arrangement, repayment plan, or other credit transaction is executed directly between you and the lender or financial service provider.

APPNAME's role is limited to:

• Providing the technology platform
• Facilitating secure data transmission
• Offering customer support related to App functionality

APPNAME does not control, manage, or guarantee:

• Any lender's approval decision
• Your interest rate or APR
• The specific repayment schedule or terms
• Any lender's customer service policies or practices

These matters are determined solely by the lender or financial provider offering the product.

4) Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on the App, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state)
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Possess a valid Social Security number or other legally required identification
• Maintain an active checking account in your name
• Have a verifiable source of income
• Provide information that is accurate, complete, and current
• Agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or any security issue, you must contact us immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to violate these Terms, applicable laws, or that we reasonably believe is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

5) Electronic Communications Consent

• In-app notifications

You understand and agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, current, and complete. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:

• Denial of your request
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Possible legal action, in accordance with applicable law

8) Fees and Compensation

APPNAME does not charge consumers any direct fee to download or use the App. The App is free to use for individuals seeking offers.

However, APPNAME may receive a referral fee, marketing fee, or other compensation from a lender or financial partner if you:

• Are connected with them through the App, and/or
• Obtain a loan, cash advance, or other product or service through that partner

Any compensation we receive does not affect the terms of any offer you receive from a lender. Our partners must comply with all applicable lending and consumer protection laws, and our compensation arrangements do not override those obligations.

9) Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the App only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, data, or networks related to the App
• Use robots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract or collect data from the App
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or its content without our written permission
• Use the App to send unsolicited messages, advertising, or spam

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10) Service Modifications and Availability

We continuously work to improve the App. Accordingly, APPNAME may, at any time and without prior notice:

• Add, modify, or remove features or functionality
• Temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the App
• Perform maintenance or updates that may affect availability

We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages you may experience due to service interruptions, scheduled or unscheduled downtime, or changes to the App.

11) Intellectual Property Rights

All content and technology associated with the App—including but not limited to:

• Text and copy
• Logos and branding
• Graphics and images
• Software, code, and design
• Data compilations and other materials

are owned by APPNAME or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the App or its content is strictly prohibited.

12) Disclaimers

The App and all related information, tools, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPNAME:

• Makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App's content or features
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

You use the App at your own risk.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPNAME, along with its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party

even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If any liability is found despite the foregoing, the total cumulative liability of APPNAME to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APPNAME and its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided by law.

You agree that:

• Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted
• You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class member or representative

If arbitration is not available or enforceable for any reason, then any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16) Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the App, including your account, if we believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law
• Your use of the App is harmful to us, our partners, or other users

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and, if applicable, closing your account.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply after your access ends.

17) Changes to These Terms

APPNAME may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as:

• Posting an in-app notification
• Sending an email to the address associated with your account

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
